The owners of this beautiful site, alongside a lake in an old sand quarry, had the idea of converting the old estate into a museum.
The grounds were transformed into a semi-public park with a view of the lake. In the sandy and low-quality earth, uniform groups of grass (Miscanthus gracillimus) make a natural, waving motion. These large grassbeds ascend beautifully in the environment and create the impression that they are naturally created.
Even in winter, the grey-beige colour of the dry grass keeps the structure visible.
