Was ein Dachgarten vom Entwurf verlangt<\/h2>\n

Ein Dachgarten beginnt bei dem, was das Dach tragen kann. Wirtz erarbeitet den Aufbau mit dem Tragwerksplaner und dem Dachdecker: die St\u00e4rke des Substrats, die Drainageschicht und die Bew\u00e4sserung entscheiden, welche Pflanzen \u00fcberhaupt m\u00f6glich sind. Wind und Trockenheit sind \u00fcber der Stra\u00dfe h\u00e4rter als auf dem Boden, deshalb st\u00fctzt sich die Pflanzung auf Arten, die Exposition vertragen, mit Hecken und geformten Str\u00e4uchern f\u00fcr Windschutz und Struktur. Weil ein Dachgarten meist von den Geschossen dar\u00fcber gesehen wird, ist der Plan so gezeichnet, dass er sich auch von oben als Muster liest.<\/p>\n
