2018: Leiekouter: a real estate project in the center of Ghent

Realized by 360 architects, with mainly apartments and a few office units. Wirtz developed the park around the site. For now, the design phase of the garden is ongoing, and the end of the project is foreseen in 2018. Website is www.leiekouter.be
